One of the Resonators that was not reprinted in Jack Strak.
It has a Special Summon effect and a level change effect, but both are dependent on the opponent, so it's a pain that you can't use them at the timing you're aiming for. The difficulty of using it is also spurred by being excluded when Special Summoning with its own effect.
However, this card is a Fiend with 0 ATK and DEF that corresponds to the (2) effect of 《Opening of the Spirit Gates》, so it is a card that you can consider using if you want to add a Synchro Summon element to your Phantasm Deck. Phantasm uses different monster levels, so you can use his Synchro Monsters of various levels together with the level change effect.
